(1) How to place an order?
To place an order, request additional pricing or information, contact us at 1-800-577-0298 to speak with one of our representatives. Have questions? We can assist you today, so please give us a call.

(2) What is the production time?
Turn around times vary depending on product configuration, page counts and quantity. Project completion times are figured from the time proofs are approved "ok to print". The average turnaround time is 5 working days from proof approval.

(3) Can I get a price for a different size or quanity?
Yes! We do tons of configurations. The pricing on the MPD web site represents just a small sampling our core products that we wholesale direct to our customers. If you need a different product or quantity, please contact us for a custom wholesale quotation. We employ a full time estimating staff and will prepare a custom quotation to fit your project.

(4) After the order is placed, what is the next step? 
Once an order is placed, your customer service representative will guide you through the process to bring your project to the proofing phase. Once files have been successfully submitted to our Prepress Department, we will provide you with a proof to check accuracy before the printed product is produced.

(5) What kind of proofs are shown?
We provide online color proofs at no additional cost. High Resolution Epson physical proofs are available, please contact your MPD Sales Representative for information and pricing.

(6) I need help with my files, can MPD assist me?
We can assist you in setting up your files. Before you start any project designed for printing, it is always best to consult with the printing firm who will be doing the production. Just contact your MPD representative today for production guidance concerning all aspects of your order.

(7) How is the order shipped?
We will prepare your order to ship packed securely in cartons. During the ordering phase of your project, your MPD representative will discuss the method of shipping you prefer. We use all major freight lines, UPS and FedEx delivering anywhere in the United States, Canada and Caribbean. We'll coordinate the best shipping method to match your needs and budget. All shipping costs are over and above the cost of manufacturing.

(8) Does MPD own the manufacturing facility?
YES! We own and meticulously maintain our prepress, printing, bindery and mailing equipment and have been in business for over 40 years! Just complete the free registration form to start receiving our lowest wholesale rates.
